FAWNA’s Central Area Water, Sea and Shorebird Co-ordinator, June LePla OAM will be running 3 practical Seabird, Waterbird and Shorebird 4 hour training sessions for members.
The dates and locations are:
SOUTHERN REGION – TUNCURRY
When: Sunday 03 December 2017
Time: 10:00 to 14:00.
Where: Meet at the Point Road carpark – turn right before crossing the bridge.
There is no cost to attend but to ensure we have sufficient training notes and training certificates for all participants please book your attendance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following details no later than one week before the training, and preferably sooner:

All participants should bring a chair, a hat, lunch and liquid refreshment. Rubber-soled footwear appropriate for walking on and near boat ramps should be worn.
FAWNA encourages all members living near our coastal towns and villages to attend one of these sessions. Too few people in FAWNA are confident and able to deal with the calls we receive to tend to our water, sea and shorebirds.
